Product Description

These are the so-called “Borettane Onions,” with a flattened appearance at the poles, a bright white color, a typical sweet flavor and a firm, crisp texture.

They are harvested at the right degree of ripeness, defoliated, washed, blanched in water with wine vinegar and salt. Roast on embers and potted with olive oil.
Ideal ingredient for canapés, aperitifs, side dishes and as an appetizer.
