Amalficoastlovers.com offers a 14-day return policy for all products purchased on our website. To request a refund, you must contact our customer service department within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be accepted, the return must be made in accordance with the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
- The product must be returned with all original accessories and components.
- The product must be returned in good condition and undamaged.
If the returned product does not meet these conditions, Amalficoastlovers.com reserves the right to refuse the refund.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and verified, Amalficoastlovers.com will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be made on the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions to the return policy
Amalficoastlovers.com’s return policy does not apply to the following products:
- Customized or custom-made products
- Sealed products that have been opened after delivery
- Products that have been damaged or deteriorated due to customer negligence or carelessness
