I was immediately struck by the beauty of this destination, which offers a variety of activities and attractions for visitors of all ages.<\/p>\n\n<p>\n          <strong>The beach<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n<p>The first thing that struck me about Maiori was its beach, which is the longest on the Amalfi Coast. The beach is about 1 kilometer long and consists of fine, golden sand. The sea is crystal clear and the waters are calm, making the beach perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and long walks.<\/p>\n\n<p>\n          <strong>The best restaurants<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n<p>Maiori offers a variety of restaurants serving local and international cuisine. Among my favorites are:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Norman Tower Restaurant:<\/strong> this restaurant is located atop a medieval tower and offers panoramic views of the coast. The menu offers a variety of seafood and pasta dishes, as well as local cuisine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pineta Restaurant 1903:<\/strong> This restaurant is located on the beach and offers sea views. The menu offers a variety of seafood and pasta dishes, as well as pizza and other Italian dishes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gusto Artigianale Restaurant:<\/strong> this restaurant is located in the historic center and offers a casual atmosphere. The menu offers a variety of pasta dishes, pizza, and local cuisine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n          <strong>The best hotels<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n<p>Maiori offers a variety of hotels for all budgets and needs. Among my favorites are:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hotel San Francesco:<\/strong> This hotel is centrally located within walking distance of the beach. The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as an outdoor pool and spa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hotel Il Faro:<\/strong> This hotel is located on the beach and offers sea views. The hotel offers elegant and comfortable rooms, as well as an outdoor pool and spa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hotel Sole:<\/strong> This hotel is located in the historic center and offers a traditional setting. The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms, as well as a restaurant and bar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>\n          <strong>What to do in Maiori<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n<p>I am a big fan of the Amalfi Coast and have always dreamed of taking a <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/amalficoastlovers.com\/en\/boat-tours\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"5247\">boat tour<\/a>\n<\/strong> to admire its beauty from a unique perspective. My dream came true recently when I participated in a boat tour <strong>from the port of Maiori with Amalficoastlovers.com.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\n          <strong>The experience<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n<p>The tour started early in the morning with pickup from our hotel in Maiori. We then headed to the harbor, where we were met by our skipper. After the captain&#8217;s acquaintance and explanations, we left for our destination.<\/p>\n\n<p>The tour lasted about 8 hours and took us to discover some of the most beautiful places on the Amalfi Coast.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The tour was an incredible experience. I had the opportunity to see the Amalfi Coast from a unique perspective. We sailed among the sheer cliffs, admiring the villas and medieval villages that line the coast.<\/p>\n\n<p>\n          <strong>The stops<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n<p>During the <strong>tour <\/strong>we made two stops: one in Positano and one in Amalfi. In Positano we had free time to explore the town and take pictures. In Amalfi we visited the cathedral and the cathedral area.<\/p>\n\n<p>\n          <strong>The skipper<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n<p>Our skipper was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about the history and culture of the Amalfi Coast. He was also very kind and helpful, going out of his way to make our experience as pleasant as possible.<\/p>\n\n<p>\n          <strong>The council<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n<p>If you are planning a trip to the Amalfi Coast, I highly recommend taking a <a href=\"https:\/\/amalficoastlovers.com\/en\/boat-tours\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"5247\"><strong>boat tour<\/strong> <\/a>with <strong>Amalficoastlovers.com<\/strong>. The trip from Salerno takes about 30 minutes.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>By train:<\/strong> Maiori is connected to the Italian railway network. The trip from Salerno takes about 45 minutes.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>By ferry:<\/strong> Maiori is served by ferries from Naples, Salerno and other locations along the Amalfi Coast.
